I would like to express my word of thanks to the complete PKR Arts College Management for stepping forward to offer their students the best programs that can add value to their students on career prospects. 

A special thanks to the professor and Professor of the Commerce department Dr.M.Mangala Gowri for being a point of contact to plan organize, execute and complete it successfully. Without whom execution of this program is impossible.

Having been impressed by my performance in the Bharathiar University's Skill Development Program  RUSA Program by MHRD in the year 2020, Dr.M.Mangala Gowri was in constant communication with me regarding organizing a seminar on digital marketing that can benefit their students. She is also curious about arranging a certification course for the students on Digital Marketing.

On Aug 16, 2022, I received the call to discuss the program event and to fix the date and time for the webinar. Based on further discussion, we decided to organize the event on 30 Aug 2022. 

Fortunately, that day turned out to be International Small Business Day. Hence, August 30, 2022, was the best date to conduct our program. 

Once the date was fixed, we also discussed which topic to handle so that it can benefit the students o their career paths. After a discussion for 30 minutes, we decided to handle the session with the topic "Content Creation and Promotion for Business" 

I traveled all the way from Theni to Gobichettipalayam. My close friend and HR Manager Mr.Guru Prasad also joined me at the venue. The organizing team gave a warm welcome and made us feel more comfortable with best-in-class hospitality.

About PKR Arts College for Women

P.K.R. Arts College for Women is an unaided Autonomous Arts and Science college that is affiliated with Bharathiar University. Since its inception in 1994, the Dhandapani Rural Charitable Trust has been in charge of the organization's management. 

Its founders had the goal of giving rural women more agency. The college enjoys a scenic setting that is ideal for education, as it is encircled on all sides by rolling hills and verdant landscapes that create a calm and relaxing ambiance. 

The institution is named after the late Thiru. Kalimudhaliar had the admirable goal of teaching as many people as possible, and it is dedicated to his memory forever. Regrettably, he was unable to make his goal a reality during his lifetime, and the task of carrying it out was passed down to his grandson, the late Thiru P.R. Natarajan, who established this college and served as its first Correspondent. 

As a result of the values instilled in him by his grandfather, he made it the mission of his life to educating rural women by establishing a college for them in the name of his late father, Late Thiru. P.K. Ramasamy and this college came into being as a result of a concerted effort to bring Late Thiru Kalimudhaliar's dream to fruition. The college was eventually given the name P.K.R. Arts College for Women.

Summary of the Student Development Program

After a warm welcome at the event venue, we were made to sit in the staffroom. We were introduced to the department Head and Dean Dr.P.Natesan. He shared more information about his goal and plans for the students on their career front. 

This gentleman was always thinking about giving his best to the student community. I really felt proud at the moment of associating with such a wonderful human. 

We then moved to the Auditorium hall to start the event. The hall was filled with 200 plus women undergraduates. 

At 10 Am we started the event with a prayer song by one of our commerce students. 

At 10.05 Am Dr.Natesan Head and Dean delivered a wonderful welcome speech that consisted information of about the college, management, principal, program details, and many more. In a shorter period of time, this gentleman delivered the whole content in an effective manner.

At 10:20 Am Mrs.S.Kirubarani, Assistant Professor took over to welcome the chief guest of the event Mr.Amudhakumar PR.  (Yeah It's Me)

I was invited to talk about the event and digital marketing platform. I shared the importance of going digital, time money trading, starting a business, and so on. The students were excited and filled with energy and excitement to learn more information on the same topic.

After completing the introduction speech, we started our training program. In the training program I covered these topics:

After the end of session 1, we all broke for lunch and gathered again at 1:30 PM in the same auditorium hall.

The second session consisted of a live demonstration of digital content creation tools.

The tools that were demonstrated are:
